Please note that travel charges may apply, depending upon location and times of your event. Hardt Entertainment serves all of Nebraska and Iowa, and can make occasional visits to Kansas, Missouri, or South Dakota if needed. Bookings are first come, first served! The first deposit check for 50% of the total will get the booking. In the event that your deposit did not arrive in time, and that date is already booked, I’ll promptly return your deposit in full. That is a promise! You will have the opportunity to change the date if there happens to be an opening and with my agreement. I work hard to run my business fairly to everyone involved. REGARDING DEPOSIT FEES: PLEASE READ! Hardt Entertainment is a business dedicated to providing reliable, quality services to the midwestern states. I will insist on the 50% deposit. This enables me to book a motel in advance and put my travel plans together ahead of time. It will also guarantee that (Heaven forbid something should happen to my truck) I can rent a Uhaul and will be there, through Hell or highwater, for your wedding. In all my years, I have never missed or been late for an event. The deposit also is enough to get me home in case the event is cancelled before I get there. Not all gigs are profitable. I spend a considerable amount of time preparing for each wedding. My work starts when you book your date. The deposit is non-refundable if the event is cancelled 0-120 days prior to the event. Remember that you'll have a chance to change the date if I am available and agree to the change! If the event is cancelled 121 or more days prior to the event, I'll subtract my expenses from the deposit for any items I've purchased for your wedding, time I've spent working on the wedding plans, phone calls, postage, travel expenses, non-refundable deposits I paid for motels, etc, or $100--whichever is greater. The person who paid the deposit will get the refund, no exceptions.
You’ll receive booking confirmation and Hardt Entertainment’s Wedding Reception Planner. The Planner let’s you customize your reception to your tastes, from the order of introductions to personalized touches, musical tastes, special dances, and much more. You will also receive, either by email or regular mail, the latest DJ song list so that you can pick songs you wish to hear. There’s even a ‘do not play’ list! Ideally, within the month before your wedding, we can meet in person to go over the Planner together. I’ll take a copy home with me so that I can prepare the play lists and make a schedule of events so that I can help the evening flow without a hitch. I will do my best to help your wedding dance meet your dreams. I’ve had nothing but compliments on the weddings I’ve done. Be confident that your wedding dance is in good hands!
